The Role:
Reporting directly to the Executive Chef you will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes in line with our fine dining standards. You will be responsible for managing your section, contributing to menu development whilst ensuring adherence to HACCP and cleanliness standards.
This is a full-time role requiring availability to work a rotating roster, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
