Established in 1893, The Royal Sydney Golf Club is one of Australia’s most prestigious private members’ clubs. The Role

Reporting to the CEO, the Director of Hospitality is a strategic leadership role and an active contributor to the Executive Team, helping to shape the direction of the Club. You will lead every part of the Clubhouse offering, from the Dining Room and Club Bar to our cafés, Kitchen, Housekeeping and Reception. You’ll be an experienced, driven leader who sets the standard for how members and their guests are welcomed, served and cared for.

You will:

• Set the vision for the Clubhouse offering, from dining concepts and menus to the wine program
• Lead a large, talented team, including the Head of Food & Beverage, Executive Chef and Clubhouse Operations Manager
• Take full ownership of Clubhouse performance, balancing value for members with long-term sustainability
• Partner with Sub-Committees and the Executive team, to help shape future of the Clubhouse

• Senior hospitality leadership in a private members’ club, luxury hotel or multi-outlet venue
• Strong commercial acumen, RSA, food safety and WHS compliance
