The Royal Sydney Golf Club, one of Australia’s most prominent social and sporting institutions, is a private members club, proudly hosting a number of world class sporting events including the Australian Open on 15 previous occasions.
World renowned architect Gil Hanse has delivered a fresh, innovative course design that will reflect the original native heathland charm, and ensures 2025 will be an exciting and historic time as the Club re-opens its Championship Course alongside its 9-hole Centenary course.
Other world class facilities onsite include 18 tennis courts, bowling greens, croquet lawns, two squash courts, a gym, two pools, several cafes, a fine dining restaurant, accommodation rooms and multiple function rooms.
The Role
We are seeking an energetic and passionate qualified Greenkeeper to join the team in what is an exciting period for the Club, as we reopen our Championship course.
Reporting to the Course Superintendent, you will be involved in all aspects of turf maintenance required for the upkeep of the golf courses, lawn tennis courts, croquet and bowling greens. The diversity in playing surfaces at the Club offers unique development opportunities for ambitious sports turf professionals.
This is a Full-Time position that requires predominantly weekday work however flexible to work shifts on weekends.
