We are seeking an experienced and service-focused Membership Manager to deliver an outstanding membership experience and oversee the full membership lifecycle. Reporting to the Member Engagement Director, this is a highly visible, member-facing role that supports new member integration, strengthens relationships with existing members and contributes directly to the Club’s overall Member Engagement strategy. You will work closely with senior leaders, Club Sub-Committees, and a small, dedicated team, enjoying a role that blends operational responsibility with relationship-building in a vibrant, high-profile setting.
Key responsibilities include
- Acting as a key point of contact for members and prospective members
- Building strong relationships and supporting new member integration
- Overseeing membership operations including elections, nominations, transfers and cessations
- Maintaining accurate membership data and managing member correspondence
- Supporting membership-related Committees and reporting requirements
- Leading, developing and motivating a small membership team
- Identifying opportunities to improve member experience and processes
About you
- Experience in membership, customer experience or relationship management within a member-based or service organisation.
- Experience as a leader creating a positive team culture.
- Strong service ethos with excellent communication and organisational skills
- High attention to detail and confidence managing systems and data
- Comfortable working with membership fees and financial processes
- Approachable, professional and confident in a member-facing role
