About the RoleThe Royal Sydney Golf Club is seeking an organised and proactive Procurement Officer to join our team. This hands-on role is responsible for coordinating the purchasing, receiving, and stock control processes for food, beverage, and general stores.   • Experience managing purchasing cycles and stock via purchase orders
  • Knowledge of cellar or post-mix operations (beer lines experience advantageous)
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Confident with manual handling tasks (lifting up to 10kg)
  • NSW Driver’s Licence (required)
  • NSW RSA Certificate (preferred)
  • Forklift Licence (preferred)
  • Food & beverage industry experience (desirable)
