You must be passionate about food and be prepared to provide creative input in an environment where high quality ingredients are the norm and Restaurant menu is changed every 2 weeks.  You must be a team player, collaborating and working closely with a team of diverse chefs and kitchen hands. You will remain composed and organised in high pressured situations whilst at all times demonstrating our core values of Passion, Teamwork, Excellence and Respect. Working weekends and evenings latest until 10pm is a requirement in this role, as part of a rotating roster. The key tasks include:Day to day set up and running of a section.
