Your combined passion for upholding and delivering exceptional member service, exceptional organisational skills, emotional intelligence, eye for detail and acquired operational understanding will ensure the priorities for the Director of Clubhouse and House department are established and met. You will have a people centric approach and have the ability to build relationships with staff and members in a professional manner.ResponsibilitiesAssist with all administrative tasks related to the House Department (F&B, Kitchen, Stores, Housekeeping, Events, Reception & WHS).Compile reports for committee and sub-committee meetings.Work with area managers within House to ensure all onboarding training and compliance tasks are complete.Coordinate with managers in House to create and maintain clear operating procedures for all areas.Assist with the production, review and maintenance of printed material (E.g. Events Brochures).Attend meetings with DoCH, create agendas, take minutes and consolidate information.Assist with WHS administrative tasks, management and reporting.Maintain sensitivity to, and recognition of, confidential information.Manage competing workflow demands of the Director of Clubhouse, ensuring deadlines are achieved and quality of output is maintained.Support the Director of Clubhouse by effectively managing email communications, diary commitments, calendars and correspondence.
