Your combined passion for upholding and delivering best in class member service, exceptional organisational skills, emotional intelligence, eye for detail and acquired operational understanding will ensure the priorities for the Director of Clubhouse and House department are established and met. You will have a people centric and collaborative approach and have the ability to build relationships with staff and members in a professional manner.ResponsibilitiesAssist with all administrative tasks related to the House Department (F&B, Kitchen, Stores, Housekeeping, Events, Reception & WHS)Compile reports for committee and sub-committee meetingsWork with area managers within House to ensure all onboarding training and compliance tasks are completeCoordinate with managers in House to create and maintain clear operating procedures for all areasAssist with the production, review and maintenance of printed material (E.g. Events Brochures)Attend meetings with DoCH, create agendas, take minutes and consolidate informationAssist with WHS administrative tasks, management and reportingMaintain sensitivity to, and recognition of, confidential informationManage competing workflow demands of the Director of Clubhouse, ensuring deadlines are achieved and quality of output is maintainedSupport the Director of Clubhouse by effectively managing email communications, diary commitments, calendars and correspondence. Manage administration in and efficient and accurate manner.Participate actively and effectively in identifying process improvements to the ClubSupport the Sub-Committees; provide secretarial services at regular or special meetingsWork collaboratively with the House Department, Executive and Senior Management teams to complete shared tasks; establish creditability and effective relationships with a range of stakeholders Skills and ExperienceRelevant qualifications or equivalent experience in an executive assistant role in a similar environmentDemonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality of informationExcellent verbal and written skills and ability to provide a professional approachDemonstrated ability to priortise competing tasksDemonstrated ability to work effectively with limited supervision, manage time effectively, exercise initiative and set priorities to work within required timelinesAdvanced computer skills including the use of Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems Come and work with us!This is a rare opportunity to join a reputable, private and exclusive Sporting and Hospitality organisation.
