The Role

  • Keep your service area clean, tidy, and well-prepared ensuring empty glasses, plates and cutlery are removed, wiping down tables and more
  • Making cocktails, mixed drinks, coffees
  • Cleaning of bar area, bar open and close procedures
  • In-house ordering/restocking

Essential requirements

  • Proven success in a Food and Beverage role in a similar setting.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Passion for the hospitality industry.
  • Motivated to learn new skills and techniques.
