The Role
We have a truly exceptional opportunity for a passionate Property Services Supervisor in this newly created role, to ensure maintenance works are carried out to the highest of standards throughout the Clubhouse and outbuildings.
Reporting to the Property Services Manager, you will be the first point of call for the Property Services department, responsible for organising and coordinating of work for inhouse property services staff and contractors, including conducting audits and inspections of works.
In this role you will be hands on as well as carry out a number of administrative tasks. The role suits someone who has a strong carpentry trade background and interested in further career development and role expansion. Having the ability to build trust and work collaboratively with stakeholders is a must in this work environment, as is focus on excellence in work quality.
