You will carry out a wide range of maintenance tasks throughout the Clubhouse and outbuildings to ensure that equipment is maintained in good working order. You will need to be professionally presented, articulate yourself well, think outside the box, capable of problem solving, have the ability to manage and prioritise tasks, great work ethic and above all a positive attitude at all times! You will be expected to manage others in the team on direction. You will have very high standards as your work will be on show, with most work being completed in a life environment.Responsibilities include:Procurement of materials and spare parts for scheduled works and ad hoc repairs for the team.Working with others in the team, and helping with your skill and technical knowledgeUndertake building maintenance tasks as necessary and in a timely manner. Such tasks may be routine or planned and/or reactiveEnsure maintenance work undertaken is compliant and WHS appropriate.Carry out maintenance and handyman duties, in the main Clubhouse and associated outbuildings including Turfcare Facilities, Fitness Pavilion and Fitness Centre with swimming pools.Working as a part of a team, carry out painting, carpentry and gyprock repairs, basic electrical work (light globes), basic plumbing (washers/toilets).Required to working at heights (ladders/roof).Maintain accurate records of repair work.
