About The Royal Sydney Golf Club The Royal Sydney Golf Club is a private members club and one of Australia’s most prominent social and sporting institutions.  Overlooking the picturesque Championship Golf Course and set amongst the spectacular setting of Rose Bay, we have a 150 seat Restaurant offering a unique modern dining experience for members and guests, a Club Bar and 2 café outlets in addition to holding small and large functions in our beautiful event spaces. The Club offers an exceptional work environment built on values such as hard work, talent, positive attitude and respect for traditions.  The Role    Reporting to the Executive Chef your primary purpose is to be hands on whilst supervising a team of 10 chefs to prepare and present modern on point dishes for our Premium dining restaurant and function outlets. You will also contribute to the creation of regularly changing menu items. As a senior member of the team, you will be expected to motivate the team to deliver consistent standards of food preparation and presentation of meals. On a day to day basis you will be assigned to run a section. To be successful in this role, you will lead by example in delivering exceptional results in a quality focused environment. Working weekends and evenings is a requirement in this role, as part of a rotating roster.
